Barbara A. "Bobbie" Cahoone (Keen)

Barbara A. “Bobbie” Cahoone, 88, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 2nd, 2025. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late James and Sarah (Bruce) Keen. Bobbie worked for Asplundh Tree Company in their billing department until her retirement. Bobbie’s heart was fullest on the golf course or at a family gathering, where a glass of white wine and the company of her family and friends brought her endless happiness. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her. In honor of Bobbie, the family is requesting that guests attending her services dress in light colored summer apparel, including her favorite golf attire.

Bobbie is survived by her children: Judy Schimpf of Hellertown, Walter Schimpf (Debi) of Quakertown and Rhonda Schmidt (Dan) of East Greenville; her grandchildren: Jamie, Shelby, Alex, Danny, Andrew, Jacob, Sally and Christopher; her great grandchildren: Ava, Jemma, Ezra and Quinn; her sister, “Gerry” Geraldine Price and her longtime companion “Waz” Paul Waslin. She is also survived by a son George Schimpf. She was predeceased by her grandson, Eric and her sister, "B.J." Betty Jane Sparks.

All are invited to gather on Sunday, June 29th from 1:30 with a Celebration of her life at 2:30 pm at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main Street Pennsburg, PA 18073. Following the service, all are invited to a luncheon with the family at the PC Pub, 468 Pottstown Ave, Pennsburg, PA 18073.
