Barbara Ann Bull

Barbara "Mrs. B" Ann (Webster) Bull, 82, passed away on September 16, 2026, in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on February 20, 1944, in London, England, Barbara was the daughter of the late Frederick Webster and Doris E. (Evans) Webster.

Barbara shared 63 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Michael James Bull. Their life together was one filled with adventure, hard work, laughter, and above all, family.

In her younger years, Barbara worked in the apple orchards, picking apples with her daughters in tow in their pram - an early glimpse of the devoted mother and hardworking woman she would always be. Later, Barbara and Michael owned and operated the London Lads pub in Ca'n Pastilla, Majorca, where they built a life together before embarking on their next adventure. In 1981, they moved to the United States with their daughters, ready to begin a new chapter and build a life for their family in America.

Those who knew Barbara knew her as an incredibly sweet, loving woman with a wonderfully quick wit. Affectionately known as "Mrs. B," she loved deeply, and nothing meant more to her than her family.

She was a loving mother to Natalie Brucker and her husband, Tim, of Georgia, and Jacqueline James of Pennsylvania. She was a cherished grandmother to Christopher Brucker and his wife, Karen, of Pennsylvania; Andrew Brucker and his wife, Grace, of South Carolina; Michael James and his fiancée, Kimberly Matta, of Pennsylvania; and Sarah James and her partner, Rudy Forman, of Pennsylvania. She was also the proud great-grandmother of James Brucker, son of Christopher and Karen.

Barbara is also survived by her brother, Roger Webster of Florida, and her cherished granddog, Cooper, who held a very special place in her heart.

Barbara had an enormous love for animals, but few were as precious to her as her beloved cocker spaniel, Señorita Lady Penelope - lovingly known as Penny. Penny was far more than a pet; she was Barbara's treasured companion and deeply loved member of the family. The bond they shared remained incredibly special to Barbara throughout her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick Webster and Doris E. (Evans) Webster, and her beloved Penny.

From the apple orchards of England, to the London Lads in Majorca, to the life she and Michael built with their family in America, Barbara's was a life filled with love, resilience, adventure, and devotion to the people - and animals - she held most dear. Her sweetness, quick wit, and loving spirit will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing Mrs. B.

Services were held privately with Barbara's immediate family, who gathered together to honor her life, share cherished memories, and say their loving goodbyes.
