Balbir Singh

Balbir Singh, 68, of Drums, PA, passed away April 19, 2025. A day after celebrating his birthday surrounded by his family; a sudden and unexpected parting, his last days were full of joy spent with his loved ones. Born in Dolike, India, he was the son of Chran Kaur and the late Lashkar Singh. He was the beloved husband of Baljit Kaur. He was a proud business owner in the Hazelton area. Balbir attended Khalsa College in India where he received his Bachelors degree. Balbir enjoyed chatting with his daughters and grandkids, watching Knicks games with his son, outings with his wife, and spending quality time with his loved ones. His dedication to his business and his family was admirable and sincerely appreciated. Balbir was a very kind and giving individual; he never thought twice when giving a helping hand to anyone. He had a deep faith in God and would go to his Gurdwara when able. His presence will be truly missed, but the great memories we share with him will live on.

He is survived by his wife, Baljit Kaur; his children: Harpreet Kaur, Kiranjot Toor, and Arjan Singh Nahal; his sons-in-law: Daljit Singh and Navdip Toor; and his grandchildren: Gurbani, Maahi, Gobind, and Kirpa.
