Arlene Ruth

Arlene E. Ruth, 86, of Macungie, died September 16, 2010. She was the beloved wife of Ernest Ruth. Born in Wescosville, she was a daughter of the late Oscar and Beulah (Reichard) Heist. Arlene worked as a sewing machine operator at several sewing factories in the area. She was a member of Western Salisbury Lutheran Church. Survivors: Husband; sons Brian and his wife Christine of Texas, and Dennis and his wife Jolene of Macungie; daughter Elaine wife of Jimmy Smith of Florida; seven grandchildren; brothers, Paul, Luke, and Robert; and a sister Alice.
