Anthony Donofrio

Anthony Donofrio, 92, of Bethlehem, passed away September 21, 2021. He was the husband of the late Adelina "Lina" (Soffiaturo) Donofrio. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of the late Pasquale and Carmela (Casciani) Donofrio. Anthony served his country honorable in the Army. He was employed in the Beam Yard of the former Bethlehem Steel for 43 years before retiring in 1991. He was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Bethlehem. He was also a member of the Steelworkers Local 2559, and the Mora Club, of Bethlehem. Tony enjoyed tinkering with cars, walks at Westgate Mall, his grandchildren, and porch sitting with neighbors. Surviving are children: Anthony and Joseph, both of Bethlehem, and Maria, wife of Matt Kiley, of Lower Gwynedd; grandchildren: Joseph, Kayla, and Brooke; and a sister, Eleanor, wife of Robert Rich, of Bethlehem. He was pre-deceased by a sister, Madeline. All are invited to a graveside service at 10:30 am on Thursday at Holy Saviour Cemetery, 2575 Linden St., Bethlehem, PA 18017.
