Anna Heffentrager

Anna M. Heffentrager, 86, of Pennsburg, died February 10, 2009 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Quakertown. She was the devoted and loving wife of Leroy Heffentrager. They celebrated their 68th anniversary this past November 28th. Born in Newark, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Warren C. and Eleanor (Fryermuth) Rhoads. She was a graduate of Boyertown High School, class of 1940. She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Pennsburg. Surviving with her husband, are daughters: Sandra A. Barrow, of Quakertown; Carole, wife of William Nester, of Pennsburg; Susan J., wife of William Walizer, of East Greenville; and Linda M., wife of Russell Fretz, of Pennsburg; a sister-in-law, Lucy Rhoads, of Fullerton; 12 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by brothers, Elwood, and twins Alfred & Arthur. Services will be on Friday at 11:30 AM at the Falk Funeral Homes & Crematory, 163 Main Street, Pennsburg.
