Angel Vazquez, 92, of Bethlehem, passed away November 26, 2014. He was the husband of the late Pura (Cordero) Vasquez. Born in Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Moise & Alfosa Vazquez. He was an Army veteran. He was a crane operator for the former Bethlehem Steel Co.. Angel was a member Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Surviving: are children Luis Vazquez, and his wife, Cheryl, of Hellertown; Miriam Horn, of Allentown; George Vazquez, and his wife, Patricia, of Chicago, IL; and Carmen Vazquez, of Emmaus; siblings: Blas, William, Praxedes, Nilda, and Maria; 8 grandchildren: Jayce, and his wife, Trista; Jolene, Melissa, Sam, Eric, Daniel, Addison; and Allison, wife, of Adam Rompilla; 11 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by siblings: Manuel, Mariano, Agustin, Nelida and Carmen. Services: A funeral Mass will be on Friday at 10 AM at Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem. The Falk Funeral Home, Hellertown, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
