Alvin Bernard Apostol

Alvin Bernard Apostol, 90, of Hanover Township. formerly of Newark (Vailsburg), New Jersey passed away peacefully and suddenly, Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Sterling Heights Senior Living, Gracious Retirement Community, Bethlehem, PA.Al was born in Scranton, PA on February 1, 1936 to the late Stephen and Helen (Belleba) Apostol. He served our country faithfully in the United States National Guard. Al worked for PSE&G - [New Jersey Public Service Enterprise Group] for over 30 years until retiring in 2000. Al was well-known to his neighbors as "Uncle Al" or "Mr. Apostol." His warmth and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone he met. He is also remembered by countless friends and acquaintances, especially his close lady friends. He enjoyed his move to Pennsylvania and his new home at the Sterling Heights Senior Living and all his new friends he met there.

Alvin was predeceased by: siblings: Marion Siedman, George Apostol, Sr., John James "Jimmy" Apostol; nieces & nephews: Christine Apostol, Helen Apostol, William Apostol and Alan Siedman, of whom he loved and missed dearly.
