Albert Mower

Albert F. Mower, Jr., 77, of East Greenville, passed away March 20, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Fay (Trumbauer) Mower, and the late Dorothy (Roeder) Mower. Born in Perkiomenville, he was a son of the late Albert F. & Helen (Durco) Mower. Albert is an Army veteran He was employed as a machinist for Helix Co, Red Hill, for 42 years. He was a member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ, East Greenville. He was also a member of the American Legion, Sellersville, and the Two Cylinder Club. Berks County. Surviving with his wife, are children: Cheri, wife of William Weller, of Hereford; Albert Mower III, and his wife, Bonnie , of Pennsburg; and Wendy, wife of Randy Awckland, of Quakertown; step-children: Buddy Enrique, and his wife, Melissa, of Florida; John Enrique, of Georgia; Susan Myers, of Harleysville; and Julie, wife of Brian Freeh, of Pennsburg; Siblings: Joan and Louise Mower; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a daughter, Pam Mower, a brother, James Mower; and a grandson, Noah Mower. Services will be at 11 AM on Wednesday at the Falk Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Pennsburg. A viewing will be from 9:30-11 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to either the church, or to Grand View Hospice, 700 Lawn Ave., Sellersville, PA 18960.
